Privacy Policies

The apps listed below are published by Dean Eaglin (contact: ron.eaglin@gmail.com). Each app has its own privacy policy that describes exactly what that app does with your data. Choose the app you use:
Mobile apps (Google Play)
- PunchMonkey — racer app for the PunchMonkey NFC / QR / GPS checkpoint system (Android, iOS). Also covers this website (punchmonkeyserver.com), which is the server side of PunchMonkey.
- NaViViewer — orienteering map viewer (Android).
- EasyPeasyGPX — simple GPS track / waypoint recorder that exports GPX files (Android).
- Any 6 Fitness — daily exercise tracker (Android).
Windows apps (Microsoft Store)
- SMADA — Stormwater Management and Design Aid: urban hydrology for students and engineers (Windows).
- Statistle — statistics calculator and study aid that also writes the Python and R for your analysis (Windows).
- Author+ — tool for writing and organising a book: chapters, characters, timeline and plotlines, with optional AI help that uses your own API key (Windows).
- Assessment+ (formerly CIATLE-FCE) — record and report the assessment of course and program outcomes for accreditation, with optional AI help that uses your own API key (Windows).
- Gamify+ — makes games, for learning or for fun, as ordinary web pages you can hand out, with optional AI help that uses your own API key (Windows).
- CourseBuilder+ (formerly PreseMaker) — builds a course's presentations, documents, quizzes, assignments and activities from its topics, with AI help that uses your own API key (Windows).
What all of these apps have in common
- No advertising, no analytics SDKs, no third-party trackers.
- We never sell personal information.
- SMADA and Statistle go further: they make no network connection at all, and everything you create stays on your own computer.
- Author+ also keeps your work on your own computer and sends us nothing. It contacts one outside service only when you ask it to: the AI provider whose key you entered. Its policy explains exactly what is sent and when.
- Assessment+ likewise keeps everything on your own computer and sends us nothing. Where you ask it for an AI analysis, it first checks the content for anything that identifies a student and makes you remove it before anything is sent. Its policy sets out exactly what each analysis sends.
- Gamify+ keeps your games on your own computer and sends us nothing, and the games it makes send nothing at all — a player's name stays on their own device. The app contacts one outside service only when you press an AI button: the provider whose key you entered. Its policy explains exactly what is sent.
- CourseBuilder+ keeps your courses on your own computer and sends us nothing. It contacts an outside service only when you ask: the AI provider whose key you entered, Google text-to-speech for narration, a web address you give it, or a place you publish to. Its policy lists each one.
