Summary
Any 6 Fitness is a daily exercise tracker: you keep a list of exercises, log which ones you complete each day toward a daily goal, and record personal-record attempts. Everything is stored only on your phone. There is no account, no server, no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party trackers.
Information stored on your device
- The exercises you create (names, targets) and their history.
- Daily completion records and personal-record attempts.
- Your settings — daily goal and an optional display name you may enter.
This data lives in a local database inside the app's private storage. It is never sent to the developer or to anyone else.
Backup and restore
You may export a backup of the database from the Settings page. The app hands the backup file to the Android share sheet and you choose where it goes (email, cloud storage, a file manager, etc.); the destination service's own privacy policy then applies. Restoring reads a backup file you select with the system file picker. The app does not perform any automatic or cloud backup of its own.
Permissions and network
The app requests no location, camera, contacts, or health-sensor permissions, and it does not send any data over the internet.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays on the device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Since we hold no copy, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
